Mirtyna MB (further - the Data Manager) sets out the conditions for the processing of personal data using the websites managed by the Data Manager in these Privacy Policies (further - PP). The terms set by PT apply to your access to the content and/or service we provide, regardless of which device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use.

It is very important for you to carefully read the PP, because every time you use internet website or social network accounts that belong to Data Manager, you agree upon the terms written in these PP. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our websites/social network accounts, our content and/or service. 

We confirm, that visitors data from Data Managers websites and social network accounts will be collected in compliance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling institutions. All reasonable technical and administrative measures are in place to protect the data we collect about visitors to our sites and social network accounts from loss, unauthorized use, and alteration. 

Employees of the Data Manager have a written commitment not to disclose or disseminate information obtained in the workplace to third parties, including information about visitors to the websites.  

Individuals under the age of 16 may not provide any personal data for marketing activities through our website(s) and social networking accounts. If you are a person under the age of 16, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other legal guardians before providing personal information for marketing purposes.

Our website and social networking accounts allow you to submit information directly to us. For example, at www.mirtyna.com, please provide certain information about yourself (email) to receive our newsletter. • the right to transfer data (right to transfer); 

• the right not to consent to the processing of his or her personal data or to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time for one or more specific purposes, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing prior to the withdrawal of consent.
   

Data Manager may not enable data subjects to exercise the above rights when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of criminal offenses, breaches of official or professional ethics and the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Third party sites, services and products on our sites 

The Data Manager's website(s) or social network accounts may contain third-party billboards, links to their websites and services over which the Data Manager has no control. Data Manager is not responsible for the security and privacy of the information collected by third parties. You must exercise caution and read the privacy statements that apply to third-party websites and services that you use.

Final Provisions 

These PPs shall be reviewed at least every two years. After PP is updated, we will let you know about any essential, in our opinion, changes that were made by posting on a specific website(s) or social networking account. If you access or use the content and/or services we provide after such notice is given, we will assume that you agree to the new requirements set forth in the update.
